These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of ExamVital question banks, courses, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared across multiple users, except under an institutional license issued to an organization.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are sold for a fixed access term (for example, one, three, or six months) as described on the relevant question bank page. Access ends automatically at the end of the purchased term unless you renew; subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change for future purchases.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you believe you're entitled to a refund; requests made after significant use of the question bank may be declined.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account credentials, resell access, scrape or bulk-download question content, or use the Services to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All question content, rationales, and course materials are owned by ExamVital or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only.
6. Educational purpose only
ExamVital provides exam-preparation content for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for accredited coursework, clinical training, or official exam-provider study materials, and we make no guarantee of any particular exam outcome.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamVital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
